Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Maintain clean, organized workspace to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
