Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Verify product quantities and condition before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our North Houston facility
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
