Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality and quantity against pick lists and packing slips
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
