Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Package and label items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to log inventory movements.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damaged goods or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID for employment verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
