Responsibilities
- Retrieve customer orders from the warehouse shelves using a handheld scanner or RF gun.
- Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and sealing for shipment.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely when authorized.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
