Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select merchandise using handheld scanners and pack items securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify stock levels and ensure accuracy in the warehouse inventory system.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor belts safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure correct labeling before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations organized and the warehouse floor clean and safe.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training available).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning items and packing boxes.
- Communication: Basic reading and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
