Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital systems
- Verify product quality and quantities before shipment
- Organize warehouse inventory in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
