Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using handheld scanners
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse areas to maintain optimal workflow
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to comply with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
