Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and packing lists
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
