Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (scanners, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and verification
- Organize and stage completed shipments for efficient dispatch
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues or operational concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – all training provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
