Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming shipments
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to Dallas facility
