Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems with proper training
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory storage systems
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging and shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in regular inventory counts and documentation processes
- Continuously improve efficiency through feedback and process optimization
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
