Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack merchandise according to order specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Complete overtime shifts as operational demands require (typically 8-12 additional hours weekly)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the Denver industrial district
