Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy against pick tickets and shipping manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and quality control checks
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix industrial location
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
