Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) after training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Scan and verify inventory using barcode systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
