Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners or manual systems
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage
- Maintain inventory accuracy by documenting stock movements and discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and conveyors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
