Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations per safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
- Document work activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to warehouse facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
