Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized workstations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Meet productivity targets in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
