Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using industrial packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to move stock and organize storage areas safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all quality standards are met before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting to the facility.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable learning warehouse management software and operating handheld scanners.
- Work History: A history of reliable employment is preferred; we value punctuality and consistency.
