Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and inspecting incoming shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
