Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
