Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to specifications
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with quarterly inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated/freezer sections)
- Reliable transportation to the NW Expressway location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
