Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn digital systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for background check)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - paid training provided
