Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with inventory verification
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after completing certification training
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanning technology
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage for maximum efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and 5S workplace organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No warehouse experience required – full training provided
