Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Uphold strict safety standards and 5S cleanliness protocols throughout the facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid on-the-job training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license for equipment operation training
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
