Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Uphold 5S standards for cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
