Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
