Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and speed
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 shift availability
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
