Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment following quality standards
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse storage systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
