Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments in accordance with company protocols
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Uphold strict safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Valid California driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
