Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing certification training
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all positions)
- Reliable transportation to assigned facility (Seattle or Ohio location)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
