Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized inventory storage in compliance with safety standards
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math and communication skills
