Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in the warehouse management system
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure timely shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after certification
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count processes
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Valid government-issued ID for background verification
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Reliable transportation to our Louisville facility
