Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for timely shipment fulfillment
- Maintain organized stock in designated warehouse zones and racks
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification training)
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
