Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely after training
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we provide full training!
