Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery with zero-error accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization suggestions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
