Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage zones with precision
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment, including packing and labeling
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle waterfront facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn warehouse operations
