Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive incoming shipments, verify inventory counts, and document discrepancies
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
