Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in organized warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Complete digital paperwork using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours in varied temperatures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
