Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment according to company protocols
- Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct cycle counts as assigned
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technology systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends/holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
