Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders accurately to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain organized warehouse space through proper stacking and labeling
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and communication skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
