Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock locations
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with receiving and unloading shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to stand for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Reliable transportation to our East Sacramento facility
