Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package products according to company specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing safety training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Participate in cross-functional projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid government-issued photo ID (for background check)
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
