Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure timely shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic cleaning and safety protocols
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification training)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
