Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following 5S principles
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as directed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
