Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas following safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (may be required for some equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
