Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Load/unload shipments safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level welcome!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete forklift certification training
