Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - full training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
