Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect and prepare outbound shipments for dispatch
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience not required but valued
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
