Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory following quality control protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company security procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new processes
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
